It seems like just yesterday we were excited about our first day of school and now, our school year is almost over!

Here are a few year-end announcements:

• Wednesday, May 7 is Water Day for our 3-day classes. Please send your child to school in their bathing suits. Boys should wear a t-shirt with their swimming trunks and girls should wear a one-piece suit or a tankini, as well as a cover-up. Include a towel labeled with your child’s name to dry off with after getting wet. Also, please apply sunscreen before you drop them off at school. Teachers may have classroom-specific information regarding Water Day. Be on the lookout for this information in newsletters, e-mails and/or Brightwheel.

• Tuesday, May 13 is Pizza Day at the preschool. You do not need to send lunch to school that day, unless your child won’t eat pizza!

• Thursday, May 15 is Pre-K graduation. This event will take place at 10:30 a.m. in the church sanctuary. A reception will follow for graduates and their families in the Banquet Hall. Invitations went home in Pre-K folders last week.

• Thursday, May 15 is the last day of school. This will be a half-day for all children, with school ending at noon.

We are grateful for your continued support of our school! It’s because of you we were able to enjoy such a successful year. Thank you so much for sharing your precious children with us!
