🌸 Spring is officially here! While the school year is winding down, our calendar is fuller than ever. Please take a moment to review these important updates and reminders to ensure you don't miss a thing!

💰 Tuition & Registration Updates

For the Current School Year (2025-2026)

  • Prepaid Families: If you prepaid one month’s tuition in Spring 2025, April is your final payment. You will not receive an invoice in May.

  • New Families: If your child started this semester (January 2026 or later), you will receive a May invoice as usual.

For the Upcoming School Year (2026-2027)

  • First Payment: Look for an email later this month regarding your first of nine tuition payments. This is due by June 1st to secure your child’s spot.

  • Remaining Payments: The next eight payments will resume in September 2026 and run through April 2027.

  • 2026-2027 Rates: * 3-Day Program: $385/month

    • 2-Day Program: $280/month

    • Available Discounts: Sibling ($20), Military ($15), and Church Member ($15).

📅 Important Dates to Remember

  • Thursday, April 2nd Class Easter Egg Hunts - Held during school hours; eggs provided by the school.

  • Thursday, April 2nd Class Easter Parties - Check with teachers/room parents for specific plans.

  • Saturday, April 4th BUMC Community Hunt - 10:00 a.m. at the church. All are welcome!

  • Thursday, April 9th Field Trip Deadline - Permission slips for Pre-K Cheekwood trip are due.

  • Thursday, April 16th Pre-K Field Trip - Classes heading to Cheekwood!

  • Thursday, April 30th Bethlehem Family Picnic - 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Rain date: May 7).

☀️ Summer Fun: Vacation Bible School

Registration for VBS at Bethlehem United Methodist Church is now open!

  • Dates: June 8th – June 12th

  • Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. daily
