📌 Reminders
📱 Sign-In / Sign-Out Policy: Please remember to sign your child in and out each day. You can scan the QR codes outside classroom doors/car tags using the Brightwheel app, or use the tablets at both entrance doors. While we know this adds a step to drop-off/pick-up, this is a strict DHS requirement for all Tennessee preschools.
🚗 Gym Building Drop-Off & Pick-Up:
Drop-off: Every day is through the car rider line.
Pick-up: Walk in on Tuesday & Thursday; use the car rider line on Wednesday.
🚶 Church Building Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Drop-off and pick-up are in-person every day.
🍱 Lunches & Drinks: Please send lunches in a Bento box (or similar single container with compartments) and send a filled water bottle daily.
🏷️ Label Everything: Please label all personal items—especially water bottles! They often end up on the playground or mixed into other classroom bins, and labels help us return them to the right owner.
📁 Daily Folders: Please check your child’s folder every day for artwork, key notices, and calendar updates.
🛠️ Roof Repair Notice
You may have noticed a blue tarp on the flat roof section above Aurora and Dianne’s classrooms. Repairs on the leak begin Monday, August 31.
A pop-up tent will cover the entrance into the PDO building.
A dumpster will temporarily occupy the 4 parking spots closest to the building.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
