Important Dates

Reminders

  • Please remember to sign your child in and out each day.  You can use the Brightwheel app on your phone and scan the QR code signs outside classroom doors or on your car tag; or you can use the tablets at both entrance doors.  While we understand this can be a hassle as you are trying to drop off or pick up your child, this is a DHS requirement for all Tennessee preschools. 

  • For those children whose classes are in the gym building, please remember that drop off every day is through the car rider line.  You will walk in to pick up your child on Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday pick up is through the car rider line.

  • For those children whose classes are in the church building, drop off and pick up every day is in-person.

  • Please send your child’s lunch in a Bento box or a similar single container with spaces for food items.  Also send a filled water bottle each day.

  • Please remember to label all the items you send to school with your child, especially water bottles.  They are taken to the playground and, at times, placed in the bin of another class, placed on a play structure, etc.  It helps us get them back to the correct child, if names are on them!

  •  Please check your child’s folder each day.  Artwork, important papers and calendar information is included most, if not every, day for you to review.

Kroger Community Rewards

If you shop at Kroger, please consider linking Bethlehem Preschool to your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card.  If you log into your Kroger Plus account, you can select Bethlehem Preschool as your Non-Profit Organization (NPO) by entering number LL102.   That way, every time you shop at Kroger, and use your Kroger Plus Card, the preschool will receive cash rewards from your purchase.
