It’s beginning to look and feel like fall, with cooler temperatures and leaves changing colors! 🍁 At this time of year, we are planning for our year-end festivities. We have lots of upcoming activities in November and December, so please make sure to mark these dates on your calendars! 🗓️

🎃 Halloween Plans — Thursday, October 29th
🍬 Trick-or-Treating: For our 3-day classes.
🥳 Class Parties: Halloween parties for all classes will take place on this day.
✉️ Note: Please contact your child’s teacher if you have questions about specific class plans.
🇺🇸 Election Day (Closed) — Tuesday, November 3rd
Bethlehem Preschool will be closed. 🛑
🦃 Thanksgiving Feast — Wednesday, November 18th
👨👩👧👦 Who: 3-day program classes and their families!
⏰ Schedule: Families are invited to start arriving at 12:00 p.m.; lunch will begin at 12:15 p.m. 🍽️
🚌 Note: This is an early release day for Williamson County Schools. The feast timing should allow you enough time to enjoy lunch at Bethlehem with family and friends before picking up older children for elementary school dismissal.

🎨 December Fun Day — Friday, December 4th (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
🎁 Gift yourself a few hours of kid-free time this holiday season while we play, craft, and have fun with your little ones!
🎟️ This event is a fundraiser for our preschool.
💵 Cost: Minimum donation of $50 per child.
This is a fundraiser for our preschool program and teachers are donating their time. Please keep this in mind when determining the amount of your donation. Checks should be made out to “Bethlehem Preschool” with “December Fun Day” on the memo line, or venmo @Kimberly-Wixted-1 with December Fun Day in the memo line.

🎄 Christmas Parties — Tuesday, December 8th
🎅 Each teacher determines the timing and details for her classroom party. More information will be provided closer to the event.
🚂 Polar Express & Pajama Day — Wednesday, December 9th
🍿 Students in our 3-day program may wear pajamas 🥣 to school and watch a portion of The Polar Express during the school day.
🎬 Miss Samantha’s class will wear pajamas and watch a different movie. More information will follow.
🎶 Christmas Program & Last Day before Break — Thursday, December 10th at 11:00 a.m.

The church has a variety of events coming up during November and December, and all preschool families are warmly invited to attend! 🌟
🎁 Operation Christmas Child — Sunday, November 15th at 4:30 p.m.
📦 Shoebox packing event in the Old Sanctuary.
🥞 Breakfast with St. Nick — Saturday, December 12th at 9:30 a.m.
🎅 Enjoy crafts, games, and a light breakfast with St. Nick! A fun holiday event for the entire family. 🎉
🕯️ Family-Friendly Christmas Eve Service — Thursday, December 24th at 4:30 p.m.

👑 Arrival: Please plan to arrive at 4:15 p.m. and head to the Old Sanctuary to choose costumes. All children in attendance will have a role in retelling the Christmas story! ✨
